You might have seen Mariah Carey doing diet commercials lately, but we think its unlikely after twins that she is stretch mark free without a tummy tuck or body contouring help from a plastic surgeon. She looks great, and claims to have lost almost 70 pounds in last 7 months, but her very flat stomach and lack of excess skin makes us think it was more than just a diet.
